Cape Crypto will only ever communicate with you from 3 email addresses:
- Our transactional emails are sent from our noreply@capecrypto.com email address - these are emails such as login notifications, withdrawal notifications, and beneficiary creation notifications, and are not monitored - they do not expect a reply from you.
- Our marketing emails are sent from marketing@capecrypto.com and you can opt-out of these at any time. These emails are also "noreply" emails, and contain information about latest features and any other non crucial, marketing related information.
- Support communication emails are sent from our support@capecrypto.com email address - these are emails with which we will respond to your support tickets, and communicate with you in these cases:
- You create a support request through the help center, we will reply to your ticket via support@capecrypto.com which will follow your initial ticket chain.
- Further verification requests (enhanced verification) will be notified in app and via support@capecrypto.com from time to time as required by our AML and CDD policies.
- Any further account related communication that requires a reply from you will be sent from support@capecrypto.com
