How do I withdraw cryptocurrency from my Cape Crypto account?

If you'd like to withdraw your cryptocurrency to an external wallet or exchange, please navigate to the Wallet Page and follow the steps below:

1. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw
2. Enter the destination address (this is provided by your external wallet or exchange)
3. Enter the amount
4. Enter your Two Factor Authentication code (2FA) (If you don't yet have Two Factor Authentication enabled, you need to enable it before you can withdraw)
5. After reviewing the transfer details, select Withdraw

Your Bitcoin withdrawals may be temporarily restricted for a few different reasons: 

1. You have not yet verified your account
2. You have not yet enabled Two factor Authentication (2FA)
3. Your account is locked for your protection due to suspicious behaviour

Please note that ID verification usually completes immediately, in some instances it can take up to 48 hours to complete.
