If you'd like to withdraw Rands to your bank account, please head to the Wallet Page and follow the steps below:
- Select your Rand Wallet and select the Withdraw option, select Withdraw
- Enter your Two Factor Authentication code (2FA) (If you don't yet have Two Factor Authentication enabled, you need to enable it before you can withdraw)
- Enter the amount
- After reviewing the transfer details, select Request Withdrawal
- If you've added a new beneficiary you will first need to confirm that beneficiary from the email that is sent to you
- Once confirmed, you can then complete the withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed at 3.30pm daily, and should be in your bank account within 24-48 hours, subject to standard South African bank clearing times.
